Held “Competition to Show Off Improvements” at Each Plant
We Held a “Competition to Show Off Improvements” at each plant from August. Each month, our four plants (Head Plant, Inabe Plant, Hokusei Plant, HKR HIKARI) took it in turn to show off improvements they had made. These provided opportunities to deploy improvements at each factory, and to help raise awareness.
